Sidekick Initiative only collects the information you choose to share with us, usually your name, contact details and anything you tell us during mentoring, workshops or when getting in touch.

What we hold

Names, contact details, notes relevant to the support we deliver, and any consent forms for photography or safeguarding.

How we use it

To deliver support, to keep you safe, and to organise events and community activity. We do not sell your information. We do not share it beyond the small Sidekick team unless you ask us to, or unless we are required to by law or safeguarding duty.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, to change it, or to delete it. Email sidekickinitiative@gmail.com.
